Returns and Exchanges Policy

At KUKA Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.

Deadline for Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in original condition, unused and with all tags
• Must be in original packaging
• Personalized or intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Make a Return

2. Indicates the order number and the reason for the return
3. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
4. Send the product back using the indicated method

Return Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, please contact us first to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

Products on Sale

Products purchased at a discount can be returned under the same conditions, with a refund of the amount paid.
